About WDRdesign
Hi! My name is Bill. I am a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and I am employed at Berry Plastics as a computer graphic artist. I picked up digital photography as a hobby several years ago. I am accompanied by my wonderful wife Jennifer and my two daughters, Abby and Alyssa. God has blessed me with the ability and the resources to take pictures and to minister this gift to others. I am not ashamed to say that God has blessed our family and we try to honor him with our lives.
It all started in a peculiar way. I am an auto enthusiast as well as a graphic designer and I combined the two in a unique way. I created custom desktop wallpapers for my computer using my favorite cars. I showed these pictures to some fellow auto enthusiast and they took great interest. So I created a custom picture of their car too. After about 60 pictures, I realized that this could become a business opportunity.
Thus, WDRdesign was born. I created custom digital automotive artworks and attended several car shows across the tristate area. We were very well received as I had created hundreds of custom photos over the years. As many things go, change happens. Abby and Alyssa were born and my focus turned to them. We wanted to capture each month of their infant lives by taking their photos. We quickly developed our own way of taking their picture without having to take them to a professional photo studio and being "limited" with what they offered. We structured the pictures on our own time and printed the photos we wanted.
We shared the pictures with our friends and they, in turn, wanted to have pictures done too. We then decided to change the business model of WDRdesign from automotive art, to family portraiture. We try to make the photo sessions as friendly and personable as possible. We are flexible with your needs and encourage your input to get the best possible photos for you to enjoy for a life time.
We are so excited to announce that we have a new studio! We were blessed with an opportunity to have a studio space with which to expand our business. We are conveniently located on Highway 69 between Mt. Vernon and New Harmony, Indiana.
Thanks for considering WDRdesign. Personal. Professional. Affordable.
